Promote action: To get conversion or people to buy in and make a purchase you need to have original relevant content on your sales page, blog, website, squeeze page or advertisement.

This content you provide should promote an action. That action can be for an e-mail sign up, click on your ads, make a purchase or subscribe to your newsletter. Remember, your copy or what you say is more important than what you are promoting. People are trustworthy if you are honest with them. Be honest, give quality original information and promote communication with your readers / customers.

Traffic Generation:  This is by far the simplest skills to learn. There are some things to remember when generating traffic. Not all traffic is created equal, you must have targeted traffic with relevant information. If possible capture visitors information when they visit for follow up. Strive to master one traffic method then utilize it. Do something everyday to generate traffic. Make a traffic generation plan and stick to it. Money will tie traffic to your site. The different ways to do this is articles, cpc, cpa, affiliates, posting, url submissions, and the use of forums.

Back-end: One of the most important to the big picture. Offer deals or free stuff after or as an incentive for your customers e-mail and name. After the check out process. A special buy, offer or sale with in e-mails after a few months. If you own your own product you could offer an affiliate program yourself.

Finally, all the back ends you offer make sure they are related to the product you originally offered, keep it relevant.
